Old player here!

Hello,i'm masternat...If my account din't get deleted,I could say im an old player.Anyway,if I post here,its to say that I will re-start playing PMO...But,i'd like to know,is there a new IP or something?Because I tried to play PMO and it din't work (server offline).Is it only offilne,or we need to put a new IP? Oh and does windows 7 players need to instal something special?
